After completing the Prairie Horticulture Certificate in 2009 Alicia started Thrive and hasn’t looked back. Over the course of her 17 years in business, she has learned valuable lessons and gained experience to provide clients with a high level of customer service.

A key focus of this customer service is listening to the client’s needs and incorporating as much of them as possible into every design. Aesthetics are important but functionality is imperative. Alicia’s approach ensures all angles have been considered from where the dining table lives to where the garbage bins will live.
